We will never request access to customer information. We'll also never ask for Editor or Admin access to your eCommerce or analytics platforms (unless you purchase an add-on that requires this level of access).
In most cases, we'll need access to the data in your web analytics platform (Google Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, June), heatmaps, A/B tests, email capture rate, and anything else related to conversion (e.g. Privy, referral or loyalty metrics, etc).
What if I don't track any site analytics yet? Can I still get an Audit?
Of course! There are a ton of areas for improvement that don't require prior knowledge of site performance or conversion rates. However, it's important to set up analytics so you can run experiments and track improvements over time. We'll help you get started with basic analytics so you have a baseline for performance.
