We will never request access to customer information. We will also never ask for Editor or Admin access to your eCommerce or analytics platforms (unless you engage in a project that requires this level of access).
In most cases, we'll need access to the data in your web analytics platform, heatmaps, A/B tests, email capture rate, and anything else related to conversion.
What if I don't track site analytics yet? Can I still get a CRO audit?
Of course! There are a ton of areas for improvement that don't require prior knowledge of site performance or conversion rates. However, it's important to set up analytics so you can run experiments and track improvements over time. We'll help you get started with basic analytics so you have a baseline for performance.
